The strength of any team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team. The SuperWoman staff may be a small team, but we are passionate and committed to making sure we make school exciting for girls, so they have reason to stay and complete their education.

Iguma Gabriel

  Project Head 

Gabriel has over 7 years up his sleeve of working in the media and taking a lead role on different projects. His overall responsibility is to see to the successful execution of roles and implementation of the Superwoman project.

Diana Nalubowa Kabenge

  Finance & Administration 

As the Finance & Administration, Diana is a strategic thought-partner and works very closely with each member on the superwoman team. Overseeing and leading annual budgeting and planning process with the assistance of the project head is her major roles.

 

Nakaggwe Grace 

  Program Officer 

Grace is a community development specialist with advanced qualifications in public health.With a wealth of experience in humaniterian development work. Her responsibility is to lead a succesful implementation of the Superwoman project.

 
 
 

Truth Musimenta

Communications & Marketing   

Truth trains, mentors and leads the girls through their radio productions in studio. She is also in charge of the social media and website content, all to highlight the inspiring stories of the girls and provide updates on anything SuperWoman.

 
     

Polin Achan

Asst. Project Coordinator

Poline makes sure things run smoothly for the project. Her key role is to oversee the preparation to the quarterly superwoman gala and make sure that the event is as colorful and exciting as the girls imagine it. Poline is also a mentor and trainer for the girls.

John Paul Ejule

Monitroring & Evaluation

Ejule is in charge of monitoring all project activities as they are being implemented so that the project can learn how the intervention is affecting its beneficiaries, implementers and stakeholders. This he does by collecting data, observing people, listing to views and asking several questions. Ejule prepares tools which the team can use as a guide while recording aspects of project activities.

Jennifer is the superwoman coordinator for Gulu district. She is responsible for overseeing the superwoman activities in the Gulu schools. She works closely with the project M&E to keep track of the school drop out of girls school and takes part in keeping the communities, and district stakeholders updated on all upcoming superwoman activities.

 
     

Fred Segirinya

Field Coordinator - Gomba

Fred is the superwoman coordinator for Gomba district. He is responsible for overseeing the superwoman activities in the Gomba schools. He works closely with the project M&E to keep track of the school drop out of girls school and takes part in keeping the communities, and district stakeholders updated on all upcoming superwoman activities.
